We're still alive!

Its been awhile since i last wrote so here whats been going on in our lives.

Kinsey is now 7 months old! and getting bigger, Halloween was a blast, we went to our wards Trunk-or-treat which I have to say was way better then halloween its self. Halloween night we left late to go trick-or-treating cause Kinsey ended up falling asleep and it decided to storm with lighting and all. She had fun just because she was outside and watching everyone. I carved our pumkin which I must say was soooo AWSOME! Grandma Gellert made her cute lil' tutu!

Orion's, sisters boyfriend caught a HUGE slipper lobster which was pretty good, I enjoyed it, haha.
So kinsey finally can get around now, I wouldn't say its a crawl its more of a one legged scoot, its funny but she gets to where she wants to. She also seems happier now that shes moving, she stays entertained longer unless she a unhappy girl then all hell breaks loose, haha.

Our weekend!

Friday;

Orion's family were camping down Kapa'a so we went down their to eat dinner,
Oh man was is GOOD! We had shrimp, crab legs, cornbread, steak, hotdogs, and some other things but man was I full when I got home.

Saturday;

We went to Ahualoa for a branding of {i think} 100 cattle {or more}
we left at 5:30 in the stinking morning! man was I tired, luckily for kinsey she got to take a couple naps but not fun for me cause I had to hold her! Anyways Orion had lots of fun though, and they had lunch of everyone after, it was okay.

These calves were so darn cute! I felt so bad for them when all these guys were
tackling them down and poking, cutting, and burning them.

That night we drove all the way to Hilo to do some shopping and go to the country fair.
This was the first time for both me and kinsey. Sadly we didn't go on any rides, we just played games. It's crazy how much money you spend without realizing it. Thankgoodness I only took a certain amount. We only got a small stuffed banana and a foam dice, oh and I bought a cute pair of sea glass earings that I hope I can wear without my child wanting to pull on them, {not smart I know} but their so darn CUTE! haha I'm glad I finally got to post these pics! enjoy =)

just a little fun!

So, today was a very hot day and we spent most of the day inside {boo}
But in the afternoon, when school was out me and kinsey walked across the street to the playground to enjoy the cool kohala air. She loved it, more than i thought she would. I sat her down on the play ground and she was cracking up and waving her arms up and down and of course her favorite thing, squealing! {really loudly}

I can't wait till she can run around on her own and play, but I'm glad she was having fun just sitting on the playground and the fake grass. As you can see in this picture she likes to grab onto anything and try and to pull herself up. This girl is turning into a handful.

Her new thing is {and I have no idea where she learned it from} is sniffing when she's happy, and now sticking tongue. It's really cute cause she only does it when she's really really happy.

She loves to be outside all the time! She also LOVES to stand and be held {only by me} all the time, man is this girl getting heavy! I used to be able to carry her around for a while without my arm getting soar but now it gets soar within minutes. I can and can't till she can crawl.

1. I CAN'T wait for her to crawl just so she can be happier cause then she'll be able
to get around herself.
2. I CAN'T wait cause then my arm won't be as soar cause I won't have to hold her
ALL the time.
3. I CAN wait cause then I'll be chasing her around making sure she's not eating
something she's not suppose to.

Anyways, their more pictures I want to post of this past weekend {which was a blast} we went to yet another branding at ahualoa {which is a BEAUTIFUL place} and a we got to go to hilo's country fair, but there's so little time with this girl. I really hope I can get around to posting all the pictures before TOO much time goes by!

Yey for new clothes!

So the Gellerts in Texas were awsome enough to send some NEW clothes for Kinsey. She seemed to like them cause she started eating them, haha but I know I was excited! They were all sooooo cute I can't wait to put her in all of them. It's crazy how fast this kid is growing, she's already in 9 month clothes and she's not even 6 months! At least we know she's going to be tall! haha. Kinsey is turning into a crazy child, at the moment she ONLY wants me! She loves to fuss at me but when she's a happy baby she is a joy! anyhoo. . . I just wanted to say

5 months!

So once again another month has flown by and this child is getting bigger and heavier. She's also getting more of a personality and facial expressions that crack me up all the time.

so far her likes are;

- swimming with her cousin
- eating any and everything
- drinking from mommy's cup
- talking to everyone
- being carried{mostly by mommy} but is getting use to other people carrying her. yey!
- playing with her cousin{mainly grabbing her face and screaming in joy at her}
- talking and trying to eat her reflection in the mirror
- screaming at mommy to carry her

her accomplishments this month;

- sitting without support
- belly time without screaming and/or fussing
- falling asleep on her own{yey}
- rolling to one side{pretty close to rolling over all the way}
- drinking from a cup
- holding herself up while standing on her own{only for a few mins}

Dang this kid is growing fast, pretty soon she'll be crawling!!! Our next trip to oahu will be the ending of September and will be staying for 2 1/2 weeks for Azalea's first bday! whoo hoo! anyways here some picture from these last few weeks, hope you enjoy them!

Ayoso Reunion 2011

So this past weekend was the Ayoso reunion, It was pretty good and got to meet A LOT of family I had no idea who they were, but I didn't get to meet everyone and I'm pretty sure I'm not going to remember their names. It still was fun and had some good food! I didn't get to take all the pictures that I would of liked to but here you go. Orion's been training my horse Girly and I've even been able to get on and ride her too! She still has more training to do before she's good and ready! so, after he's done riding her I put her on top with him, she loves it. They don't go riding, just sit there. so finally I had my camera on me and took pictures. one is kind of blurry cause the sun went down and i hate using the flash. But i thought grandpa G would enjoy seeing this! =)
