meat! lots of meat!

so a couple weeks ago Orions bull kept breaking his friends fence so we decided to shoot him. Orion really didn't want to but he was old and ready to go. So we went up to shoot him and i forgot my camera so i couldnt video tape it, haha. anyways he dropped like a rock, story of my life, haha never seen that before. So they skinned and gutted him and hung him in the reffer. Couple days later we went back up to chop him up. this pic is only 1 quarter of him! In the end we only chopped up 3 quarters and there was more than 200 lbs of hamburger and i have no idea how much stew meat! We ended up making food with the hamburger and it was pretty good but very tough. i didnt really care for it, but its free meat!
